Reduce Risk of Diabetes in 3-4 Cups Coffee and Tea

Drink coffee and tea were able to reduce the risk of developing diabetes disease. One study says that people who drank coffee and tea have protection against disease often caused by excess weight of this. A group of Australian researchers found, people who consume 3-4 cups of coffee per day, 25 percent lower risk of developing the disease Type 2 diabetes than those who only consume 1-2 cups of coffee per day, or even never at all.
